Methods of Payments accepted by Belle Couleur
We accept payment through Paypal and any credit cards such as American Express, Visa & MasterCard. Belle Couleur has now also introduced Stripe, Afterpay and ZipPay (payments can be made on installments)
Returns and Exchange Requirements
- You must first notify BelleCouleur within 7 days of accepting delivery of the Product and arrange return of the Product within 7 days after such notification
- Notify BelleCouleur at Email Belle Couleur or Call 0417 913 192
- Produce a copy of your invoice – proof of purchase.
- Product must be returned in its original condition – unworn, unmarked and within the original packaging
- Shipping and handling costs are not refundable
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
- Belle Couleur will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
- Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
- For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review, we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
- You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with your order
- In the event that your product is lost in transit, Belle Couleur will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via registered post.
- We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
