Methods of Payments accepted by Belle Couleur
We accept payment through Paypal, American Express, Visa & MasterCard. Payments can also be made via instalments through Afterpay, Latitude and ZipPay.
Returns and Exchange Process
- Any products that you wish to return must be done within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Product must be unused, unworn with original tags attached.
- Proof of purchase must be provided – in store receipt or online order details.

- Shipping and handling costs are not refundable
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
- Belle Couleur will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
- Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
- For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review, we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
- In the event of when returning your product it is lost in transit, Belle Couleur will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via trackable post.
- We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
